我在ArcCatalog中需要建拓扑，建拓扑需要在数据集上面，所以我建了一个数据集，然后把数据类导入到数据集里面，这是报错无法导入，错误文件如下（附件）：

Error code: 999999: Error executing function.
Description:  This is a generic error for which the cause of the error does not have an appropriate error ID.  
Solution: For some error cases, checking the log file for accompanying internal system errors will reveal information about the nature of the error.
Otherwise, consider contacting technical support for assistance.

但是具体问题就要具体分析了。你可以试试不用toolbox  在要素集上右键 import
