确保 ESRI's ArcGIS 9.x Desktop（workstation） 与 Leica's ERDAS LPS 8.7 兼容


由于某些原因，ESRI's ArcGIS 9.x Desktop 与 Leica's ERDAS LPS 8.7出现了不兼容的情况，就是无法在同一台机子上同时安装这两个软件，虽然后来Leica专门为此出了一补丁程序（GIO(Geographic Imaging Objects (GIO) Application)），但并没有完美的解决不兼容问题。我们经过多次试验，发现了该解决方法，可以完美的解决该问题，甚至不需要那个补丁！具体步骤如下：


第1步，安装ArcGIS 所有软件及补丁包，并测试ArcGIS使用正常。
(1) 安装ArcGIS Desktop，一路Next，到Licence manager时，选择“setup the Licence manager later”，然后一路next，选择安装 模式时选“complete”；然后一路Next，等待ArcGIS Desktop安装完成！然后选择安装的三个东东，你可以根据自己的需要选择！
(2) 安装Licence manager，选择"I received the license by fax" 然后点“create” －“edit”，然后将破解文件中的 Licence.dat打开，并将“hostname”换成你自己的计算机名，例如：SERVER w2w ANY 27000，其中的w2w就是我的计算机名，切记，这里是计算机名，不是用户名。保存；然后将文件中的内容复制到 “Licence editor”的输入区域内，“ok ”就可以了！
(3) 将破解文件夹中的arcgis.exe & license.dat(该文件刚才已经编辑过)拷贝到License Manager的安装目录(如c:\program files\ESRI\license\arcgis9x) 覆盖原文件！
(4) 启动并配置Licence manager。打开“开始菜单\程序\ArcGIS\License Manager (9.x)\License Manager Tools”，选择 “Configuration using Services”，接着选"ArgGIS license manager(也可能是其它的，如FLEXlm License Manager)"，然后点“ Configure Services ”并设置license文件路径:
“如c:\program files\esri\license\arcgis9x\license.dat” “path to lmgrd.exe file”不用修改 “path to license file”处点
“browse”，文件类型选“*.dat”，然后选择license.dat即可；“path to debug log file”可以随便指定一个.log文件，不过最好在 License Manager目录下！选择“start server at power up & ues services”，点“save service”，最后，切换到 Start/Stop/Reread 并“start server”
(5)运行“开始菜单\程序\ArcGIS\Desktop Administrator”，选择“Licence manager”；点“change”，输入你的计算机名并“ok” 。至此，ArcGIS Desktop已可以正常运行！下面进入ArcGIS9 WorkStation的安装。
(6)如果你是从2CD的光盘安装可以略过此步。首先将ArcGIS9 WorkStation CD1的内容复制到一个新文件夹(如:\ArcGIS)中并运行“setup.exe”开始 安装，由于前面已经安装过License Manager，这里全部用默认选项即可！当安装程序报错，提示找不到文件时，千万不要“Ignore”，现 在将ArcGIS9 WorkStation CD2中的内容复制到复制到你刚才建的文件夹（\ArcGIS）下，覆盖所有文件，等复制完成，点“retry”就可以了！
(7) 安装ArcGIS9 的补丁和升级包(ArcGISDesktop90sp3)！


第2步 安装ERDAS Imagine8.7 所有软件及升级包！
(1) 首选打开注册表编辑器(开始\运行 然后输入“regedit”)，展开“HKEY LOCAL MACHINE”－“SoftWare”－“FLEXlm Licence manager”，在“FLEXlm Licence manager”上点右键，然后“新建－项”并输入“ERDAS Licence Manager”，关闭退出即可。
(2) 安装并配置ERDAS Licence服务器，安装时用默认的即可一路 Next。首先修改license.dat(参照上面的修改方法)，并将破解目录的 四个文件(ERDAS.exe,erdlm.exe,leicapropswin.dll,license.dat)复制到Licence manager的安装目录(如C:\Program Files\Leica Geosystems\Shared\Bin\NTx86)下覆盖原文件。打开“开始菜单\程序\Leica Geosystems GIS & Mapping\Licensing Tools\FLEXlm Tools ”，选择“Configuration using Services”，接着选"ERDAS license manager"，然后点“ Configure Services ”并设置license文件路 径:“如C:\Program Files\Leica Geosystems\Shared\Bin\NTx86\license.dat” “path to lmgrd.exe file”改为“C:\Program Files\Leica Geosystems\Shared\Bin\NTx86\lmgrd.exe” “path to license file”处点
“browse”，文件类型选“*.dat”，然后选择license.dat即可；“path to debug log file”可以随便指定一个.log文件，不过最好在 License Manager目录下！选择点“start server at power up & ues services”，“save service”，最后，切换到 Start/Stop/Reread 并“start server”
(3)安装ERDAS Imagine8.7,用默认的即可一路 Next
(4) 运行ERDAS Imagine8.7，选择“specify the license server”，并输入你的计算机名，“ok”就顺利进入了ERDAS Imagine8.7！
(5)安装ERDAS Imagine SP2, 安装 GIO(Geographic Imaging Objects (GIO) Application)


当然，并不需要每台机子都装license manager，如果局域网内有装好这两个软件的电脑（这台电脑就是license服务器了），其他电脑的license服务器都可以指向这台机子，ArcGIS和ERDAS稍有不同。ArcGIS是在上面提到的Desktop Administrator中设置，设置时输入或者选择局域网中的license服务器即可；ERDAS则要运行"开始菜单\Leica Geosystems GIS & Mapping\Licensing Tools\lense Manager"进行设置，打开后点“Add”在“License Source Information”对话窗口选择“License Server Information”，点“browse…”选择license服务器或者直接输入服务器名。如果license服务器指定了端口号，这里的就要选中“ues custom port”，并输入相应端口号。
