摘要介绍了地下空间开发需求规模预测的作用和研究现状，分析了影响城市地下空间开
发规模的因素，并对规模预测的思路和预测所包含的内容进行了探讨。指出了地下空间开发规模
预测是一个系统工程，需要各有关方面共同推动研究工作的进程，为今后合理有序地进行地下空
间开发提供重要依据。

Abstract The action of demand forecast for underground space developing and the state-·of-the—-art
0f its study are introduced．The factors effecting developing scale of underground space are analyzed and
idea and content about its scale—forecast are probed．Th e paper indicates that demand forecast for under—
ground space developing is a systematic project，which needs concemed—departments to study it togeth—
er．Th e paper provides a useful re~rence for future sequential development of underground space．
