蒙脱土的有机化改性及其栅SBR胶乳中的研究

摘 要:利用红外光谱法(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)进行了分析.采用乳液插层法制备了OMMT/天然胶乳(NR)/丁苯胶乳(SBR)的复合材料,研究了复合材料的拉伸性能、硬度.并用XRD对复合材料的结构进行了表征.结果表明:与MMT相比,OMMT的层间距增大.随OMMT量增加,复合材料的拉伸性能、硬度逐渐增加.当OMMT含量为8%时,能获得拉伸强度、断裂伸长率较优的复合材料.利用XRD分析表明,形成了OMMT/NR/SBR插层型纳米复合材料.
