泡沫状聚苯胺/石墨复合物新材料的制备及导电性能

摘 要:本文研究了泡沫状聚苯胺/石墨复合物的制备方法和导电性能.首先石墨固体膨胀剂与苯胺进行原位聚合合成出可膨胀的聚苯胺/石墨复合物.然后利用热膨胀技术制备出泡沫状聚苯胺/石墨复合物.实验结果显示在热膨胀过程中石墨固体膨胀剂被膨胀成多孔的膨胀石墨,同时聚苯胺均匀地包覆膨胀石墨形成了类似泡沫状的聚苯胺/石墨复合物.实验结果说明这种复合物不仅具有特殊的形貌,而且还具有较高的导电率.
