arcgis 10中文版安装后打不开

arcgis 10中文版安装后出现Provide your license server administrator with the following information.
The desired vendor daemon is down
Check the Imgrd log file or Try imreread
Feature : ARC/INFO
Vendor ：Host: localhost
License path @localhost
FlEXnet license error: -97,121

请教高手这是什么原因，怎么解决？？
