linux服务器部署ArcGIS server 成功后无法创建站点

linux服务器部署ArcGIS server 成功后无法创建站点，登录后点击创建站点出现以下提示：

Failed to create the site. Failed to configure the server machine 'xx.xx.xx.xxx'. Server machine 'xx.xx.xx.xxx' is not a local server machine.

xx.xx.xx.xxx是ip地址，现在比较着急完成部署，有大神知道要怎么弄吗？目前按照网上找到的教程都没有解决。

局域网还是公网啊？最近也在摸索，我在centos上部署了geoserver。

在政务内网，不知道是不是网络限制的原因。
