求教各位高手：在ArcMap和ArcCatalog中编辑属性表的时候

在ArcMap和ArcCatalog中编辑属性表的时候，修改属性表的时候总会出现“Can not delete the selected field from the selected table/feature class because it is use by another application/user”，如果把ArcMap关了，在ArcCatalog中编辑，也会出现这个对话框，反之亦然，如果重启电脑后，只打开ArcMap或ArcCatalog，那么编辑就不会出现这种问题，但这样挺费事的，所以请教高手帮忙解答下，不胜感激。
