求大神给个w8.1的arcGIS10.3的破解教程

1. 安装 ArcGIS License Manager 选择默认路径
2. 安装完毕会自动弹出License Server Administrator 窗口，停止License Service服务.注意不要关闭该窗口！
3. 把提供的 ARCGIS.exe 和 service.txt 文件在C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\License10.3\bin 路径下覆盖
4. 在之前没关闭的窗口前点击“启动” 会看到显示License Server Status: RUNNING
如果不行跳到步骤9
5. 安装ArcGIS Desktop. 安装完后 ArcGIS Administrator 会自动打开. 左上角选择Advanced(ArcInfo）Concurrent Use; 下面点击 Define a License Manager now 并在其下面的文本框中输入localhost 点击OK退出
6. 关闭窗口
7. 把提供的 AfCore.dll 覆盖到C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.3\bin路径下
8. 运行 ArcMap. 打开成功。ArcGIS安装完毕

借鉴的以上教程，但是在第二布的时候License Server Administrator 窗口并没有弹出来，求大神~
