Directions for installing Az-Tech hardware key drivers:

For software using Rockeys (parallel or USB) Do Not Plug the Key in until AFTER installation and reboot.

Run AzSetup and follow the instructions.

Then restart your machine.

When the machine comes back up, plug in the key and allow Windows to install it.

The light on the USB key should come on and stay on, except when the key is being accessed, when it will flicker. If it blinks, it is not properly installed.

If the software shows a license agreement and asks you to accept or decline, it is not recognizing the key. Select Decline, then uninstall the key and start over.

To uninstall the key, right click on "My Computer", select properties, go to the hardware tab and press the Device Manager button. Find the USB key (Rockey 4 or something like that) and right click, select uninstall.

If you still have problems, particularly with Windows XP Home, copy the contents of the Rockeys directory on this CD into your Windows\System32\Drivers directory and install the Azsetup again.

PLEASE NOTE: you may have to reboot your machine to get it to recognize the new installs, even if the installation does not ask you to.

If you have problems after installing AzSetup, go to www.az-tech.com, select downloads and look for updated setup.

If this fails, please contact info@interpex.com.

Always give complete details of any messages and/or behavior.
